We stayed here our second half of our honeymoon. We had an amazing time. There was so much detail in the hotel. We had an ocean front room in the royal towers that looked down over the turtle and shark tanks and we could see the water park. We got to the hotel before our room was ready but they were able to hold our bags and give us bands to get into the water park. They had a really nice dressing room with lockers and showers. We really enjoyed the different water slides that went through the shark tank. There was also a nifty slide that went down into a fake underwater cave. The rapid river was a blast. In addition to the water park we did the dolphin cay which I was really excited to do. We did the experience with the dolphin foot push and it was amazing. The food at the resort was good but expensive. We also tried the casino which was fun but also on the expensive side. The staff was all courteous to us and eager to show us a good time. The room was beautiful and the only problems we had were the first day when there was no hot water in the whole building and then the safe wouldn't open for us twice and security had to come open it. Both issues were not something the hotel could avoid but they reimbursed us $75 on our check out for our troubles.
