Let me start off by saying we had a fantastic time at Atlantis. On arrival we were immediately given a complimentary upgrade and were allowed to chech in early, we also were given a $100 resort credit. The room was very nice and clean and surprisingly quiet at night. The pools were immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was large enough portions to share. Yes it was a bit pricey but if you know that ahead of time it's not such an issue. One problem we encountered was that the clock in our room was incorrect and no we didn't bring watches or cell phones so it took us a full day to realize this and went to bed the first night at 4 in the afternoon, thinking it was 7pm (we had done a red eye flight so we were tired). Here are just a few tips....stop at the grocey store and pick up snacks, if flying take snacks in a carry on, share meals, they give large portions, you don't need to bring your own towels for the beach or pools, they provide plenty, be prepared to be approached a lot if you go to the straw market,drink plenty of water, we didn't have any problem with the wi-fi in the Royal Tower, ENJOY!!!
